My Nuuly Thrift Account
How do I sign in to Nuuly Thrift?
Once you create a Nuuly Thrift account, you can sign in at any time using your phone number. Why your phone number? Using a verified phone number for log-in helps us ensure the only person able to log into your account is you. Your security and safety are very important to us, so we’ve created a unique log-in for our customers. Plus, no passwords to remember.
You can sign out at any point by tapping the gear in the upper right corner of your shop profile and selecting "Sign Out" at the bottom.
Already have a Nuuly Rent account? Then signing into Nuuly Thrift is even easier. Once you download the app, select "Sign In" rather than "Join Now" and use the same phone number associated with your Nuuly Rent account to sign in. Your username is public and shared between Nuuly Thrift and Nuuly Rent—if you change one, it will change the other.
How do I change my username or update my profile photo and bio?
You can change your username, profile photo and bio by tapping the pencil or "+" next to your profile photo on your shop profile OR by tapping the gear in the upper right corner of your shop profile and selecting "Edit Profile". Tap into any of the fields and edit away. Just remember—your username is public and shared between Nuuly Thrift and Nuuly Rent. If you change one, it will change the other.
What's on my Shop Profile and in my Settings?
On your Shop Profile page, you'll see your public username, star rating and bio. Underneath that live Listings, Orders and Wallet—where you can manage your active + sold listings, orders placed or that you've placed and your earnings. Your Shop Profile also has a public grid, which has two different tabs: Shop and Likes. Shop is where buyers will come to shop your active listings and see what you've already sold. Likes is where your liked items live. You can choose to make those public or private in the Edit Profile section of your settings.
Access your Settings by tapping the gear in the upper right corner of your Shop Profile. Here you can manage your account:
Edit Profile—Update your public username, profile photo, bio and Likes preference.
Address Book—Add or edit shipping addresses for item purchases.
Account Info—Edit your name, email address and your seller info—your legal first and last name, city you live in and your business name if applicable.
Notifications—Manage your Nuuly communication preferences.

How do I opt in or out of Nuuly communications?
You can pick and choose how you want Nuuly Thrift to connect with you. Go to your Settings, tap Notifications and toggle on or off which communications you'd like to receive:
-Push Notifications—ASAP alerts about what's new on Nuuly Thrift + your most recent messages.
-Marketing Emails—Curated collections, brands and offers from Nuuly Thrift + Nuuly Rent.
-SMS—Updates about your Nuuly Thrift orders.
