Nuuly Cash
What's Nuuly Cash?
Nuuly Cash is a way to make your earnings on Nuuly Thrift worth 10% more at Nuuly Thrift, Anthropologie, Free People, Urban Outfitters, BHLDN or Terrain—online or in stores.
When you sell an item on Nuuly Thrift, you have two options: transfer that money directly into your bank account or convert it to Nuuly Cash. When you convert it to Nuuly Cash, you increase the value of your dollars by 10% when you spend them back at Nuuly Thrift or Anthropologie, Free People, Urban Outfitters, BHDLN or Terrain—online or in stores. Earned $100 by selling a dress on Nuuly Thrift? That becomes $110 in Nuuly Cash, which you can use to buy something else on Nuuly Thrift and the URBN family of brands.
It's easy to transfer. Just tap Transfer in your Wallet, choose Nuuly Cash and we'll instantly add the extra 10% to your earnings. Redeem it in store or online by tapping View + Scan on your Nuuly Cash card for a scannable QR code or card number to enter at checkout.
How can I transfer my earnings to Nuuly Cash?
Once you've earned $$ by selling on Nuuly Thrift, your earnings live in your Wallet. Don't let them sit there—transfer them to Nuuly Cash for the added bonus of +10% of your earnings.
Here's how: tap Transfer under your available earnings balance, edit the amount you'd like to transfer, select Nuuly Cash from the payout methods and tap Next. You'll slide to confirm that the amount you'd like to transfer is correct and cha-ching! You just gave yourself an extra 10% of your earnings to be used online or in stores at Nuuly Thrift or Anthropologie, Free People, Urban Outfitters, BHLDN or Terrain.
Can I transfer my earnings from Nuuly Cash, my debit card or bank account back to my Wallet?
Once you've transferred your earnings from your Wallet to Nuuly Cash, you can't transfer that money back to your Wallet. It's now only available for you to use online or in stores at Nuuly Thrift or Anthropologie, Free People, Urban Outfitters, BHLDN or Terrain.
In the future, make sure you're selecting the appropriate payout method when transferring or add a new one by tapping Add New.

How do I buy something on Nuuly Thrift with Nuuly Cash?

If the order total is less than the applied Nuuly Cash balance, perfect—you'll have some left over for future Nuuly Thrift purchases or at other URBN brands. If the order total is greater than the applied Nuuly Cash balance, we'll ask for a credit card to cover the rest.
How do I use my Nuuly Cash online at Anthropologie, Free People, Urban Outfitters, BHLDN or Terrain?
Your Nuuly Cash is stored in a digital "card" within Wallet. Simply tap View + Scan to expose the card numbers on the back and enter them as you would a gift card when you checkout online with one of our sister brands. Look for the Nuuly Cash logo, enter the numbers and you're good to go.

Yes! If you want to split payment online or in store at our sister brands, you must use the entirety of your Nuuly Cash balance and then a credit card.
Because Nuuly Cash acts like a gift card, you cannot apply a custom Nuuly Cash amount to your purchase and then put the rest on a credit card.
Can I use Nuuly Cash to buy gift cards from the other URBN brands?
No—because Nuuly Cash is basically a gift card that gets you +10% of your earnings to spend at Anthropologie, Free People, Urban Outfitters, BHLDN or Terrain, you cannot buy gift cards with it.
