Cute just didnt have an occassion
I actually lent it to my sister in law and she wore it with a black slip skirt and it was super flattering on her.
Definitely worn out looking but still was very cute! Traps were way too long so i unbuttoned them and tied around the neck. Looked way better

Yes it runs small. But body shape matters too- somehow it just barely not only fit but was very flattering, I think I'm just hourglass-y enough where boobs spill out just right and waist is high enough to fit. Main flaw is the straps are too long but another review said to cross them in the back...
