Do not size up!!
This dress runs very true to size, imo, and when I received it, it was way too big for me. It’s fine because I only planned to wear it to a football game, but it was honestly too formal, and I was better off not wearing it. Would be cute for a date party, idk. Also, the velvet was sort of messed...

way too bubbly you would have to be a stick to look good wearing this dress
Extremely Small
I was excited because it came new with tags, but the bust runs extremely small. I could not even zip the dress. Other than the sizing being weird, it seems like a good quality dress.
