This is such a cool skirt! It likely runs long as I am 5'10 and it is perfect. great stretchy elastic waist. Really billows and captures the air, so it keeps it's fluffy shape well. It does make noise when you walk- like a rain jacket kind of. It's worth it. You can make it casual or dress it up....
The most ridiculous thing I have ever rented. It’s a tent, not a skirt
I’m 5’9” and this thing was making me trip left and right the one time I wore it. It looks like a camping tent, it sounds like a camping tent…it’s a tent not a skirt. See picture for reference of size, I lifted it up and even then is like a long midi lol
