Not a fan
I got this instead of a dress I originally picked, and it just isn't my style. The tank top part isn't flattering, the fabric is fairly thin, and the bottom is too short for me to even wear out.

Cute and SHORT!
I have a short torso, and I’m typically a medium. I decided to get a M instead of a large anyway! The waist is tight, and the dress barely covers anything but honestly if you want a short little going out dress it’s so fun and cute!
