So long and very heavy overall
I'm 5'4" and the skirt touched the ground with 4" heels. The fabric was very heavy, and the elastic waistband wasn't strong enough to hold up the skirt. The skirt itself is lovely and would have been fun to wear. If you're tall, this is for you. Size down because the waistband is stretching too m...
