Balloon like
While this item came new with tags, it was absolutely enormous and looked like I was wearing a trash bag when o tried it on. Needless to say, I did not wear it. I even tried to send the waist with a belt and it still looked goofy and weird so it was not even an option to wear it.

Wore this for a birthday party with heels and a concert with cowboy boots. So many complications.
