This top brought together my look for Charleston! It was perfect because it wasn’t too thick for the southern heat but you absolutely need to wear a bra with this or else you’re showing everything. Copy how i styled it in my pic!!

Snug around the bust and the arms. Definitely runs small for an XL. I don’t know that this would fit a true 14. I wore this with a dainty tank top on a hot day and it was very warm probably because the fabric is synthetic? Otherwise it looks as pictured.
