Wore this over a tight black dress to work with wedges and over leggings and a black tank with sneakers to bop around Scotland. On a short girl this thing is long so definitely order petite! This item had a hole but would have still worn if it was fall or winter. I ended up renting it during the wrong season. It was a bit big as well so I would size down.
