Unfortunately not flattering
This dress has a weird hard ribbon on the bottom that is supposed to make it look like it’s poofing out (to mimic a petticoat) but it just doesn’t work. It doesn’t sit flat and it’s uncomfortable. Plus the print is very odd in person. The top half of the dress is great. But the skirt is a fail.

I work in HR so I’m always cautious of how short my dresses are. This one was perfect for a 5’2,210 pound girly. It did not snatch the waist as much as I wanted it to, it gave more of a babydoll dress effect but I did like it.
Adorable
I got stopped several times by strangers telling me how much they love the dress! The Steph ruffle lining which helps create a whimsical hem, is difficult to sit in as you’re going to bend it, but it’s a minor inconvenience for the popularity of this dress.
