Arrived very very wrinkled
So worn down
Dress was crazy shrunken and I couldn’t even button it, plus the button holes were ripped and shoddily sewed back on. Skip this rental, this dress needs to be retired.

I wanted to love this and thought sizing up would take care of the sizing issue since many reviews noted the dress runs small. Sizing up made the straps awkwardly long and loose and still the waist was shockingly tight to the point that it was unwearable.
