Very poofy
It's a very very very poofy dress. There is a thick tulle under the fabric and above the lining. And unfortunately it's just.... really poofy. And not in a cute cupcake way, in more of a "huh?" Way.

It was gently used, but it was very cute again. I think it was just too teenager for my age group.
