Definitely low rise but it worked!
I wore this for Heathers in NYC. It’s definitely low-rise based on the waist. I sized down and still this sat pretty loosely right on my hips. I paired it with a long top, tights and jacket though, so it worked perfectly for the outfit I was envisioning!
Solid skirt
lovely pattern, great for holiday season! it looked fine with a sweater overtop, however the waist was very large on me, generally the skirt doesn’t have much of a form so it won’t mold perfectly to your body (esp if not the right size).
SHORT!
i read the reviews and expected it to be short, but not this short. it is significantly shorter in the front than the back. wearable with tights and a long top because you have to wear it very low waisted for it to be a wearable length
