Way too long and a ton of fabric

I would size up when I rent this again but loved this skirt. Every time I wore it I got complimented and when I told one person it was from Nuuly, she was like, “You need to buy it.” It’s easy to dress up or down and so flowy.
Something was off
Not sure if mine was super stretched out + worn but the inside lining was small but the waist was stretched so much that it dropped lower then the hip area. There were also “wet” stains throughout the skirt. The length is short and there is just too much fabric. The color is unique but the fit...
