Time for repairs
The bra lining has warped very badly and has lost its intended structure. But more importantly, the wiring under the bra cups and along the ribs is poking through and is extremely sharp so trying it on left me with pretty big scratches.

Beautiful, but Painful!
This dress fit WONDERFULLY and I was getting compliments galore on it. However, this dress itself should be retired since the boning was exposed and there were wires under the arm exposed which both were very painful. However, if a different size or dress was newer, I would rent it again!
