I hate that I listened to the two reviews about needing to size up vs down. I can usually be a small in my scenarios, especially with sweats, and this was NOT the case. Cute but fit weird
Cute and comfy but the bottom is heavy so it weighed it down, they ran big

Definitely low rise, as in picture, and a little loose with no way to tighten, but they did fit true to size. I’m usually an xs/s and xs fit perfectly, so if you are more petite they would be too big! I wore to travel in and it paired well with a recent Nuuly I purchased.
