Cinches perfectly but not for a short torso

sizing is off
These were basic but cute, the sizing is a bit off IMO - they just didn't fit me well.
Too Small
This was a substitute that was chosen for me and they went with a size 3 sizes down than my normal?? That said, they were only a hair too small. I think two sizes down would've been perfect. Nonetheless, I didn't get much use out of these because of the sizing issues. Condition was new with tags.
