In addition to the liner, there’s a tulle petticoat underskirt as well, so a total of THREE layers, not ideal for a humid summer day/evening.

I’m so sad to return this item. The appliqué embroidery with the fullness of the skirt. It just made this dress so fun to wear. It’s not so fancy that you can’t wear it on a regular day or for a regular outing, but you will draw attention because it is so special.
