Top isn’t adjustable- too big
Waist fit perfect so I couldn’t have gone down a size. But the bust was loose & baggy and no adjustable straps to help. First time I’ve ever had a dress that was too big up top for me (I’m 38D)

I loved this dress. The color is stunning in person. The straps were too big, so I safety pinned them together in the back. This formed an X shape. Doing so tightened the deep V from being too revealing to just right. The skirt is full and the texture of the skirt + the velvet top make the dress...
