This is an elegant velvet dress. Unfortunately, I chose it for a gala in Hawaii and it was much too warm to wear. the shoulders and bust area were a bit loose on me. I would’ve done better with a size 0 however it was not available. If the weather was cooler, this would’ve been a beautiful dress...
