Super comfortable and cute
This is cute w tights or without. It’s not too short. It’s sturdy so it has more shape than some sack of potato dresses. It’s velvet but either bc of the fabric or lining it does not feel like some of those nasty cheapy thin velvets feel. I’d wear the same cut in diff fabric every day.

It has a very oversized fit, so I'm tempted to say it runs large. Or at least that you could get away with a smaller size than usual. It has a little more of a bubble hem than is depicted. I'm 5'1" and it's pretty short so might be too short for tall people.
