I have no idea what the history of these pants are - if they're really paint splattered by some painter in some garret someone or manufactured to look that way, but I loved them. They do run small. Run very small
These would be cute if they had a baggy fit, but they were so small I could not even button them. They are more like a size 28 than a 31.
