We’ll notify you at every step of your Nuuly’s journey by email, text or both—you can also check its status any time onsite.

Never get bogged down by stains or laundry again. Send it back +  we’ll take care of it.

If you want to keep any item you rent, just log into your Nuuly account to purchase it so we know it’s not making the return trip.

There are no late, damage or shipping fees—it’s all included. The only additional amount you’ll be charged is sales tax where applicable.
