Everything in The Thrift Shop is sold as-is, but is rental-worthy quality and has been professionally cleaned, inspected, and repaired if needed, before making its way to the Shop. All Thrift Shop sales are final.

How Do I Get My Thrift Shop Purchases?

Purchases made in The Thrift Shop ship for free in your very next Nuuly. When you make a purchase, you’ll see confirmation of the purchase in your account Overview. Then, when you fill your next Nuuly with rentals, your Thrifts ride free—there are no extra shipping fees when you purchase from The Thrift Shop and Thrift purchases don’t take away from your 6+ rental spots.

When Can I Order from The Thrift Shop?

The Thrift Shop is open 24/7! Shop whenever the mood strikes. We restock the shop with new deals monthly, so be sure to browse frequently for the best finds. Purchases will ship in your next Nuuly. Any purchases made after you order your Nuuly for the month will be shipped with your next rental order. If you pause or cancel your Nuuly subscription while you have Thrift Shop purchases waiting to ship, we’ll refund your order.

Is There a Limit to How Many Items I Can Buy?

Yes. You may purchase up to 5 items from The Thrift Shop per billing cycle. If you have an open Nuuly at home, Thrift purchases cannot be the same size of an item in your current order.

Can I Make Returns or Exchanges?

No. All items purchased from Nuuly’s Thrift Shop are sold as-is and are final sale. Make sure you check your Nuuly before returning it after you purchase Thrift items—if you accidentally send a Thrift purchase back with your rentals, it won’t be able to be sent back to you.
