What is Nuuly Rent?
Nuuly Rent is a subscription clothing rental service. For $98 a month, you can rent any six items you choose from 150+ brands, including selections from our own Anthropologie, Free People and Urban Outfitters family. We've curated 1000s of styles for you to layer into your life from party dresses and work looks to premium denim and one-of-a-kind vintage finds.

How much is a subscription? What's included?
A Nuuly Rent subscription costs $98 per month, plus tax where applicable, and includes your choice of any six items to rent; free, fast shipping and returns; the opportunity to buy what you love at a discount—plus, we do all the laundry and dry cleaning. There are no late fees, no damage fees and you can pause or cancel your subscription at any time.
If you need more flexibility, we also offer the option to add up to four bonus items—additional rentals—to any Nuuly for $20 each.
We currently offer one plan, but we’d love to hear what other subscription offerings you’d like to see.

What if I fall in love with an item? Can I buy it?
You can! If you want to keep any items that you currently have at home, just log in to your Nuuly Account to purchase them so we know they're not making the return trip. Falling in love is the best and we wish you all the happiness in the world.

How + where do you ship items?
All Nuuly orders ship via UPS on business days (Monday through Friday). Once your order is placed, you can expect up to two business days for processing, and up to three business days for delivery. Orders are shipped, except for certain oversized items, in a recycled, reusable Nuuly bag. We are not currently able to ship outside of the United States or to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

How do you clean the clothes?
The professionals at our state-of-the-art professional cleaning and repair facility are experts in the chemistry of cleaning and sanitizing clothing while preserving the integrity of the fabric for the next renter. We use both wet and dry cleaning methods and our dry cleaning solvent is 100% PERC-free. We also clean each Nuuly bag between rentals.
Can I wash or dry clean my Nuuly items?
Can I hem, lengthen, tailor or otherwise alter any subscription items?
Um, I damaged an item at home. Are there damage fees?
What if I receive a damaged item in my Nuuly?
How do I pause my subscription?
Pausing is easy: it's free and we'll save your profile, the favorites in your closet, and you'll keep any referral rewards you've earned. You can pause your subscription for 1, 2 or 3 months and you can extend it on a month-to-month basis.
To pause your subscription when you don't have a Nuuly at home: Select Pause Subscription within the Subscription section of My Account, choose a pause length of 1, 2 or 3 months and that's it, you're done.
To pause your subscription when you still have a Nuuly at home: Send back any unpurchased items by your billing date. Then select Pause Subscription within the Subscription section of My Account and choose a pause length of 1, 2 or 3 months. Your pause won't take effect until UPS scans your return. To get your return scanned on the spot, return your Nuuly to UPS and ask for a receipt. You can check if your Nuuly was scanned and confirm your pause ASAP by tapping Check My Return in My Nuuly .
Once your pause is over, your subscription will resume on your billing date. If you unpause early, your billing date will move to the day you unpause and your payment method on file will immediately be charged. (but don't worry, we'll let you know all of that when it happens).
Can I extend my pause beyond three months?
I'm already paused. Why don't I see an option to extend my pause?
How do I cancel my subscription?

How do I refer friends to Nuuly?
Visit the Refer Friends page to email friends a $20 Welcome Invite using your personal Nuuly share link. You can invite as many friends as you like and they'll each get $20 off a month's subscription when they subscribe using your share link. For each friend who subscribes, you'll also get a Reward: $10 off a month's subscription, for a total of up to 12 rewards per year. Read our Terms & Conditions for full details.

Out with the old and in with the Nu! Now you can get more time with your Nuuly than ever by using Check My Return–a new feature that allows you to unlock your next Nuuly within minutes of dropping your return off at UPS.
Here’s how it works: drop your Nuuly off at UPS and ask for a receipt to be sure your return is scanned. Wait about 5 minutes, tap Check My Return in My Nuuly and presto! You're ready to Nuuly all over again.
