Introducing Fit Feedback + Size Guidance

Nuuly’s a great way to try things on for size—trends, brands, actual new sizes. We want to make it even easier for you to find your fit right off the bat, so we revamped our feedback process to give you better guidance when you’re picking a size.

Ever wanted to share your thoughts on a style but don’t feel like writing a detailed review complete w/ iconic title + photos of you? Our new Fit Feedback questions let you leave quick, anonymous feedback with just a thumbs up or thumbs down when you have a Nuuly at home. Here’s how to try it out:

Tap “How’d They Fit” to get started
Give the styles in your Nuuly a thumbs up or down!

If you give a rental a thumbs down, you can click through a few more Qs to tell us exactly what was off.

Size Guidance

We’ll then use your anonymous Fit Feedback to add additional Size Guidance to product pages so Nuulyers like you will have more info when choosing a size. Here’s what it looks like:

Who doesn’t love a graph?! We show you data from Nuulyers whose profiles are similar to yours, so make sure your profile is up to date for the best guidance.
