Current Subscribers can now view items they've previously rented directly while browsing Nuuly's rental assortment and The Thrift Shop. Previously rented items are labeled, making it easy to buy them, rent them again, compare sizes, and review your previous Fit Feedback—without searching through your rental history .

How Do I Buy Styles I’ve Rented Before in The Thrift Shop?

Subscribers can buy previously rented styles directly from The Thrift Shop if they’re available. The Thrift Shop lets you purchase styles that ship free with your next Nuuly without taking up one of your six rental spots.

• When you go to The Thrift Shop, you’ll see all your previous rentals right at the top
• When you’re browsing, you’ll see a new “RENTED” label on styles you’ve already rented. We’ll also show you if you’ve purchased a style from your Nuuly or if you’ve Thrifted it from The Thrift Shop.

What Information Will I See on Product Pages?

Click on a style you’ve already rented to see:

• The size you rented
• The color you rented
• When you rented it
• How you rated its fit, if you completed Fit Feedback

Fit Feedback is a short survey about how your rentals fit. If you fill out Fit Feedback, we’ll show you how you rated the fit of your previously rented styles, making it easier to decide whether to rent it again or buy it.

Where Can I FInd Styles I’ve Previously Rented?

Styles you’ve previously rented are labeled clearly so you can easily find them while you're browsing. Rent the same style again or try it in a different size or color. When you’re filling your Nuuly, you’ll be able to quickly see if you’ve already rented something without searching through your rental history.
