Purchasing + Bonus Items

To purchase an item from your current Nuuly, go to My Nuuly, view your Rental History and select “Buy It” below the item and you will be charged the price shown on the Rental History page. Keep in mind that items purchased from your Nuuly are final sale and cannot be returned.

If you changed your mind about an item after sending it back, all you need to do is add it to your next Nuuly to rent again. Once it’s rented, you’ll be able to purchase it from your Rental History.

We don't. Our purchase prices are based on a number of factors, which may not align with the retail selling price of the item on other platforms or in stores. We therefore are unable to honor price adjustments or matching.

You can. Our system only allows for one credit card on file at a time. You'll need to change the credit card you have on file in your account, then make your purchase.

Copy and paste your unique promo code into the "Add a Promo Code" blank field when purchasing an item from My Nuuly. Press "Apply" and smile—you got a deal and it's yours forever. If 6 items just isn't enough Nuuly for you, it might be time for bonus items. A bonus item is an additional rental item you can add on to the standard six-items-for-$98 monthly subscription plan. Bonus items cost $20 each and you can add up to four bonus items to any Nuuly, any month or every month. It's totally up to you if and when you want to buy them.

When your Nuuly is unlocked and ready to fill, you'll see a counter that allows you to add or subtract bonus items and shows you what the additional cost would be. You can remove them any time up until you confirm your Nuuly if you change your mind. You only get charged for the bonus items in your Nuuly when you confirm. After you've confirmed your Nuuly, we can no longer make changes to any part of your order.

Once you've confirmed your Nuuly, we'll charge the card we have on file. We'll send you a notification and you'll be able to see the transaction in the Billing + Receipts section of My Account.

Yes, if you apply 1 or more free bonus items to your Nuuly, it counts toward the max of four bonus items.

Your bonus items will arrive in your Nuuly, just like your regular items!

Yes! They're just like regular items. You'll see them in your Nuuly all month long if you decide you'd like to keep them forever.

You should send them back in your Nuuly, just like your regular items.
