First, you have to return your unpurchased items to us. As soon as UPS scans your return, you'll receive a notification and magically see Unlock My Nuuly Now buttons appear on all product pages, as well as a link within My Nuuly. If you choose the Unlock Now option, you will be asked to confirm early payment of the subscription fee before we unlock your Nuuly. Once you do, your card on file will immediately be charged and your Nuuly will instantly unlock. That day becomes your new billing date and you can fill your Nuuly right away.

It's the subscription fee—$98 a month, plus applicable taxes—you're just moving up the date that you pay it.

When you Confirm Payment, your card on file will be charged immediately. You can view the receipt in the Rental History section of My Account .
