Unlock Early

First, you have to return your unpurchased items to us. As soon as UPS scans your return, you'll receive a notification and an Unlock My Nuuly Now button will appear on all product pages, as well as a link within My Nuuly.

If you choose the Unlock Now option, you will be asked to confirm early payment of the subscription fee before we unlock your Nuuly. Once you do, your card on file will immediately be charged and your Nuuly will instantly unlock. That day becomes your new billing date and you can fill your Nuuly right away.

As much as you want. We just need to have received and processed your return in our distribution center before you have the option to Unlock Early again.

It's the subscription fee—$98 a month, plus applicable taxes—you're just moving up the date that you pay it.

When you Confirm Payment, your card on file will be charged immediately. You can view the receipt under My Nuuly History in  My Account .

Your new billing date will be displayed when you confirm your payment. You can also view it in the Subscription  section of My Account.
