When your Nuuly is unlocked and ready to fill, you'll see a counter that allows you to add or subtract bonus items and shows you a running total of the additional cost. You pay for bonus items when you confirm your Nuuly. Like all items in your Nuuly, you can remove them any time up until you confirm your Nuuly if you change your mind. After you've confirmed your Nuuly, we can no longer make changes to any part of your order.

Once you've confirmed your Nuuly, we'll charge the card we have on file. We'll send you a notification and you'll be able to see the transaction in the Billing + Receipts section of My Account.

Your bonus items will arrive in your Nuuly, just like your regular items!
